This programme is hugely successful and extremely beneficial for those needing a little extra accountability and a very clear line of sight on what needs to be done each week for the 6 week duration. Working with an allocated Personal Trainer your relationship will begin with a meeting to discuss your starting position, your aims, and to take an initial assessment of your body metrics. After this , your Trainer will create a split routine for you to follow each week targeted on different muscle groups and cardio fitness. One session per week will be completed one to one with your Trainer as a dedicated Personal Training Session. They will also discuss with you exactly what class they want you to attend each week and ensure you know exactly what exercises you are required to complete in each session, each week. But don’t worry, this will all be done in conjunction with your existing time commitments.

When your 6 weeks is complete, you will meet with your Trainer again to reassess your body metrics and review / debrief your achievements and results.

The 6 week Relight programme does require a commitment from you to follow a healthy eating schedule, discipline to work out at least 4 times per week and a can do attitude.
